Artsy was designed as a product expansion initiative, exploring new revenue paths and testing standalone value beyond TinyTap’s core platform.
The app combined creative tools, guided activities, and educational flows to increase engagement and open new monetization opportunities.

TinyTap needed a way to test expanded product lines that could support new payment options and bundled offers.
Artsy explored a focused creation tool with clear educational value, higher session depth and potential for upsell.
The app also supported an embedded version inside TinyTap with limited features.

Worked with a product manager and an iOS developer on the core app.
Directed 5 designers who created illustration packs, guided flows, and motion.
Partnered with freelance animation and creative teams for App Store assets and promo material.
Coordinated with TinyTap’s core team to align the embedded version with main app logic and payment rules.

Led all UX and UI for the standalone app and the embedded version.
Designed the onboarding and paywall.
Created the content library and all drawing tools.
Defined logic for guided tasks, tracing, writing and multi layer templates.
Directed designers producing creation packs and illustration layers.
Built tool behavior and rules with the iOS developer.
Designed the integration of Artsy inside TinyTap, including access, payments and navigation.
